What size snowboard would you recommend for a 219lbs 5' 8" Individual?

Hi,

I'm kind of in the same boat as you are currently. I just recently bought a Forum Lander and it is 163cm. I have issues with width because of my foot size (13) but based on your input, I would not suggest <160cm.

Ideally, you should be looking at a 163-166cm to disperse your weight and increase stability within your stance. I would not go with a freestyle board unless you are riding the park and/or half-pipe. For most larger riders, I would recommend a free-riding or all-mountain board that is more of a balanced ride. These are good for hitting jumps, but not extremely condusive to aerials.

These are just my opinions, but I am extremely happy with my board... and my size is 197lbs, size 13 foot, and 6'2".
