I'm looking for a strong snowboarding helmet. I have had 2 concussions in my life, one was very severe and I got it while snowboarding last season. So naturally I am looking for a good helmet to take along with me for this season that will protect me from any damage in case I fall.
I just bought a Giro G10 for $130 and the guy at my shop told me it was one of the strongest they have. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the G10 like if it's any good. Also if there is any other helmets around that will be better. I don't care about looks, it could be pink and have flowers but if it keeps me from hurting myself again then I'm good. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
I have the Giro 9.nine and really like it. Its a few years old but it is warm, comfortable and takes a crash well. I would get a G10 to replace the 9.nine because it has been a good helmet.
